Developed as part of my MA in Craft and inspired by Romano-British bangles of the 1st and 2nd centuries AD, each handmade piece tells its own story of fire and creativity. Crafted from borosilicate glass, they reveal a clarity and play of light unmatched by any other material. Durable, strong, and beautifully made, every bangle carries a quiet resonance, connecting past and present through form, material, and meaning.
Due to the handmade process, each bangle is entirely unique, even repeat designs will never be the same. As such, they form part of an ongoing series, numbered in Roman numerals.

Borosilicate glass is exceptionally strong, hypoallergenic, and highly scratch-resistant. It is also chemically stable and resistant to acids, solvents, and UV discoloration. With minimal care, your bangle will look like new year after year. Simply wipe it clean with a soft cloth or a touch of glass cleaner. However, as with all glass, please avoid heavy blunt impacts or dropping to preserve its beauty for generations to come.
